Summer Jiang

I will not distort to belong.

I was born in China in 1979, two months before the one-child policy began, into a family that had already survived war, famine and the Cultural Revolution. My first memory is watching a room full of adults perform a social game none of them believed in. I could see through it before I could talk. That gift cost me almost everything for four decades — and then it became the tool.

I trained as an engineer (MCSE 1997), studied painting at CAFA Beijing (2002), took a Master of Science at RMIT Melbourne (2005), and founded the Wall Liberation studio in 2015. In 2025 I cut every commercial thread and chose solitude. Ten hours a day building systems or painting; one hour walking in the dark. Out of that came the 49 Crossings.

I am not a teacher and this is not a following. The 49 Crossings is architecture for self-navigation — it shows you where you are; from an accurate position the next movement becomes obvious. Past 4.0 Alignment most people won’t need it anymore. That is the point. The world doesn’t need another guru. It needs good judgment.

Every painting marks a crossing. The paintings are how the map looks when it is lived.
