  • We offer original artworks, limited edition prints, open edition prints, commissions, and related framing/printing services.
  • All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for guidance only. Colours may vary slightly depending on display screens or print processes.
  • Originals are one-of-a-kind. Limited editions are produced in fixed numbers. Once sold out, they will not be reissued.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • We accept payments through secure third-party gateways (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal).
  • Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Orders placed before a price change will be honoured at the original price.

4. Orders & Customisation

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete.
  • For customised or commissioned works, additional terms will be agreed upon in writing before commencement.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, unavailable stock).

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Originals: generally ship within 1 week.
  • Limited Editions: rolled canvases within 1–2 weeks; stretched/framed pieces within 2–3 weeks.
  • All shipments are premium insured. Delivery across Australia usually takes 2–5 business days.
  • International shipping may be available; duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of art, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
  • Any claim for damage must be made within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Approved returns must be in original packaging. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Customised or commissioned works are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All artworks, images, text, and content on this site are the exclusive property of Summer Jiang unless otherwise stated.
  • No part may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
  • Purchasing artwork does not grant copyright ownership; it grants ownership of the physical item only.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.
  • We make no guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, or free of interruptions.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
