All artworks and prints are made to order. For this reason, we do not offer change-of-mind returns. If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund free of charge. Commissioned and customised works are non-refundable.
Privacy Policy
Your personal information is used only for order fulfilment, communication, and shipping. We do not share or sell your details to third parties. Payment details are processed securely via Shopify’s trusted payment gateway.
Terms of Service
By placing an order with us, you agree that:
- Original artworks and limited editions remain the intellectual property of the artist.
- You may not reproduce or copy artworks without written consent.
- Production and shipping times are estimates; delays caused by suppliers or couriers are outside our control.
- Custom and commissioned works require full or partial prepayment and are not eligible for return.
Shipping Policy
- Production time: 2–3 weeks for most artworks and frames.
- Delivery: 2–5 business days within Australia once dispatched.
- Insurance: All shipments are premium insured.
- International shipping: Available on request; delivery times vary by region.
