The Story

A man drowning in his own success. The suit, the briefcase, the open mouth — everything built perfect from the outside, going under from the inside. This work meets a moment in current culture: people tired of political lies, tired of the material pursuit sold as success. The rules followed to climb up are the same ones submerging the climber. Recognition, not judgement.

The Crossing

Crossing 1.5 Dormancy via Revealing — Revealing the Rules. The suited figure drowns in colour that should be water but reads as blood, bile, the accumulated cost of living by rules that were never yours. The briefcase floats because it was always lighter than the life it represented. At 1.5, the rules that built the success are the same rules that are pulling you under.
