This limited edition work holds a condition that precedes understanding. Three silhouettes — purple, pink, red — stand and sit within a dense, layered landscape of green, yellow, and torn paper collage. They are not arranged. They are not performing a relationship. They are simply present in the same field, held by the same surface, made of the same material. The paradox at 2.7 is that the mental picture is complete while the lived reality has not begun. This work does not resolve that gap. It presents the moment just before landing — where everything is known and nothing has been tested.The Field That Holds
Frequency 2.7 describes the summit of awakening: the point at which seeing is total and the old structure has released. What remains is a floating quality — luminous, certain, untouched by resistance. The figures in this work carry that quality. They are not struggling. They are not arriving or departing. The green field around and through them is not background — it is the same substance they are made of. Rice paper collage, acrylic wash, ink mark — all share the surface without hierarchy. The yellow patches in the centre hold warmth without insistence. Sustained viewing reveals not movement but presence: each figure resting in exactly the position it occupies.Before the Ground Is Built
Over time this work discloses a specific quality of stillness — not emptiness but fullness held lightly. The completion here is mental. Limited editions are produced on 380gsm archival linen canvas when the short edge is within 160cm. For larger formats exceeding this dimension, works are produced on 320gsm premium archival synthetic canvas to ensure structural stability and longevity.
Dimensions
Listed dimensions refer to the displayed artwork size. When framed in Australian oak, the overall finished size increases by approximately 3cm to accommodate the floating frame structure.
For formats where both edges exceed 200cm, the artwork is produced as two aligned panels, designed to read as a cohesive single work when installed.

Limited editions are available as rolled canvas, stretched canvas with mirrored edges, or framed in Australian oak floating frames. Frames are available in natural oak, white oak, or black oak, featuring a 5.5cm deep profile.

Every Limited Edition print includes a signed and numbered Certificate of Authenticity. The certificate carries Summer Jiang's signature, the edition number (e.g. 12 of 49), title, and date. The canvas itself is also signed on the verso in permanent ink for archival protection.
The certificate arrives sealed in a dark envelope, separate from the artwork.
