Art Story

I painted a figure that was not sitting ON the earth but sitting AS the earth. The green was not skin — it was ground. The blue was not a belly — it was water. The flowers were not decoration — they were growth that happens when the boundary between body and world dissolves. Mother Earth is not outside. She is the body that remembers it was always made of soil.

Crossing 5.7 Embodiment via Living Dao — The Boundary Surrenders

The seated figure does not meditate on nature — the figure IS nature. Green skin, blue centre, leaves growing from the body as if the distinction between person and earth was always an illusion. At 5.7, wisdom is no longer carried. The wisdom is the person, and the person is the ground.
